My husband and I used Emily Lopez as our REALTOR recently.  We were thinking about buying a multi-unit apartment complex as an investment.  We were extremely pleased with Emily’s diligence and hard work and would definitely recommend her as a helpful, qualified real estate agent.

Emily sent us a great deal of information about the properties on the market.  She was available to show us properties when we wanted to look, and always followed up with information whenever we had specific questions.  She also is friendly and easy going, which makes looking at property with her relaxing and enjoyable.

Once we decided to bid on a property, Emily again was very accommodating, even coming to our house to sign the paperwork.  She negotiated fairly in our behalf, and went out of her way to get information for us about the maintenance of the building.  Emily was available for help even after we closed on the property, which is not something we’ve experienced with past real estate purchases where we have used a different agent.

Overall, we were very happy with Emily Lopez and the work she provided for us.  She is very professional and works hard for her clients.  We will certainly highly recommend Emily for anyone who needs a real estate agent.
